US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Aurora follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Went to Lynda's yoga class. It was great for beginners and for the advanced. She is hands on, she makes sure you're in the correct position to gain the full benefits. She shows alternative poses if the pose is too hard.

Very disappointed with this gym. The pool and locker rooms are run down. The lifeguards are constantly on their phones and gossiping instead of paying attention. Overall, the staff professionalism and cleanliness are lacking. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Yes this gym is on the more expensive side, but it really is worth the price tag if you use it a lot. I attended this gym almost daily for a year and if you utilize the classes/amenities it is a pretty decent deal. I found the gym to be clean, I could see a lot of classes going on and they all seem to be taught by really fun and bubbly coaches. The people who go here are courteous and keep to themselves. Nobody ever bothered me, tried to talk to me and nobody acted obnoxious. The price tag keeps the younger crowd out so it's mainly just working adults trying to get a workout in and leave. I loved the hot tub.

I love this gym! The pool is great! The women’s change room has a hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and steam room. The classes and instructors are wonderful! It’s definitely worth the price.

This is a pretty big facility with multiple sports and workout options. To name a few: Workout machines Climbing wall Basketball Volleyball Table tennis Tennis And of course pickleball since that’s the biggest craze these days 😊 Overall, it’s a nice facility and definitely worth having a membership if you are a resident or at least visiting at hug if you are not. Although I did find the facility to be a bit old and dated in parts. The only new and shiny places I saw were the tennis and Pickleball courts.
